The Glitter & Glamours series are sort of the female version of the King Of Artist series... that is, they feature One Piece females as Banpresto prize figures on a slightly larger scale size (usually exceeding 24cm minimum). As a follow-up to my last figure review, I feel that Vivi, Hancock and Reiju (forgot to mention Reiju in my last review) are the three best figures in this line currently.
And G&G Vivi really doesn't disappoint. With this figure, I might choose not to get the POP Vivi at all!
I got her today, mine is the regional version - not the Japan version, hence the lateness in arrival. There are two versions of this figure; the first version features her with her hair tied up in a long ponytail (white outer box) and the second version features her with her free flowing hair with her royal Alabasta hair ornament (blue outer box). I went for the second version, because I personally prefer her hair in the royal princess style.
She comes in the standard G&G box design, filled with images of the figure on all four surfaces with flower motifs on the bottom and top flap. Standard, but still lovely.

The figure comes in three parts: the head, body and base. Pretty simple, but my Vivi's head was a bit tight and I had to carefully wedge the head in while paying attention not to damage her hair.

I'm glad the G&G Vivi received a proper base. This is hands down the prettiest base of all the G&G girls... it's a beautiful transparent blue with swirly water effect, a definite improvement from the ugly monocolour cube bases we usually get with the series. And you fit the figure onto the base properly using two pegs (one on her right foot, one on the water she's stepping on). She stands good and stable once fixed, no tilting or shaking like my previous figures.

And here she is, standing at 23cm, slightly shorter than the G&G Boa Hancock. I love her pose, I have always loved figures with dynamic poses - they seem to be captured in motion and it's just beautiful that way.

Her painted facial expression is great. Her hair is good, they even shaded the roots and ends darker and made the middle paler - I thought that gave some really good shading effect. I would have liked it even better if they had made the hair ends sharper to give it a more refined look, her hair ends are a bit blunt over the edge. My figure also came with a bit of paint defect, some small darker blue spots over the right side of her front hair. Again, I'm not fussy for the price I got her with.

Love her dress... it's white so you may see some uneven paint over the gold belt (as expected in prize figures), mine didn't have major issues here. The white, gold and pink goes well with her blue hair and base. Also love the folds they made with her white dress and the textures over her pink scarf drape... very nicely done. Her gold accessories - rings, bracelets and earrings are also nicely painted.

I'm also extremely glad they didn't make the figure too lewd or anything, there is cleavage seen but nothing too outrageous.
A great figure for the One Piece collection, and definitely a great cheaper alternative if you can't afford the Portrait of Pirates Vivi version... I actually very much prefer the pose for this figure. Pretty base, good figure size, dynamic pose and cheap.
I would rate her a 8/10.
