How to Get Red Moss Turtle
Mount: Red Moss Turtle is a reward for Sinking Island reputation level 5. To reach this level you have to complete several daily Una’s Tasks at Turtle Island that are unlocked in this order:
Note: To unlock the first daily Una’s Task at Turtle Island you need to complete the quest chain at the island starting with 
The Turtle and the Boy and ending with To the Sea.
